Thanks for bringing this our attention. I understand how frustrated you are with this situation. We would like to have good understanding with customers like you who comes with the open feedback.

One of our aims at Amazon is to provide a convenient and efficient service; in this case, we haven't met that standard.

Amazon.ca, Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.co.jp, and Amazon are separate and independent sites. Items ordered through these sites will be sent from fulfillment centers in Canada, the U.K., Germany, France, Japan, and the U.S., respectively; we cannot re-initiate the orders that was cancelled by our partner site.

Because each website obtains items from local suppliers, there will always be some titles that are available on one site but not through the others.

In this case, I recommend you that please forward your complaint to our partner site Amazon and work with them to resolve it. I hope they can help you.

I've also forwarded your complaint to appropriate manager in our company for consideration.

Customer feedback like yours really helps us continue to improve our store and provide better service to our customers.

We regret that we have not been able to address your concerns to your satisfaction, or take the actions you requested regarding your account with us. Regretfully, our customer service department will not be able to offer any additional insight or action on these matters.
